As soon as your order leaves us, we email you a tracking number. Orders within Australia are sent with Australia Post, express and insured.

Enter your tracking number at Australia Post tracking. If your number has only just arrived, give it a few hours to register in their system before it starts showing scans.

Most of our pieces are made to order, so your parcel is dispatched once your piece is finished. The estimated timeframe is shown on each product page. Until then there is nothing to track, and we will be in touch the moment it ships. It is also worth checking your junk or promotions folder.
