Every Amaral piece is solid gold. It doesn't fade, flake, or turn. But like all fine jewellery, it lives its life on you, and over time it collects the small marks of being worn. We think that's the point of real gold. We also think it should be easy to bring it back to new.

Lifetime complimentary polish

Whenever your piece needs it, next year or in twenty, send it to us and we'll professionally clean and polish it, free, for as long as you own it. Write to info@amaraljewels.com first and we'll walk you through it. You cover the postage to us; we cover the return shipping and insurance.

One complimentary resize

If the fit isn't right, we'll resize your ring once, free, within 60 days of delivery. Full eternity bands, with stones set the whole way around, cannot be resized by any jeweller. For these, please confirm your size with us before ordering. Our sizing guide is here, and we're always happy to help you get it right the first time.

Each piece arrives hallmarked, with its certificate of authenticity. What we say it is, it is.

Exchanges

Ready-to-ship pieces may be exchanged, or returned for store credit, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition with certificate and packaging. Made-to-order pieces are crafted individually for you and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law: any piece with a fault will always be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Full details in our returns policy.

Caring for solid gold at home

Warm water, a drop of mild soap, a soft brush, a soft cloth. Take pieces off for pools, gyms, and heavy work. Store them separately so they don't scratch each other. That's genuinely all solid gold asks of you.
